Worked as professor of Mechanical Engineering at Selcuk University and Konya Technical University between 1979-2022. Currently, he is General Manager of a technopark in Konya, Turkey named as Innopark. Participated in many academic or university-industry joint projects supported by national and international organizations as project manager, researcher or consultant. Worked as a consultant for more than 200 private and public organizations on innovation, R & D, Technology Development, Management Systems.
He worked for Turkish Standards Institution as Konya Regional Director between years 1985-1997. Founder of Konya Technopolis, worked as Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Konya Technopolis between years 2004-2012. He is also founder of InnoPark Konya Technology Development Zone. Presently, He has been general manager of Innopark since 2015.
He is a professor of Mechancial engineering. His main fields of study are mechanical vibrations, system dynamics and control, mechatronics, robotics, artificial intelligence, vehicle dynamics, technology and innovation management and standardization.
He has worked for Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) between 1985-1997 as Konya RegionalDirector. He was responsible for product and system certification activities of TSE in Konya,Karaman, Aksaray cities. The Regional Directorate was also responsible for executing follow up programs for issued certificates.
He designed and offered more than 40 training programs for students, university graduates, start-ups,entrepreneurs, technical and managerial staff of SME’s. He offered many trainings on Technology and Innovation Management, R&D Project Management, Quality/Environmental/ Occupational Health&Safety/ Food Safety Management Systems. He served as a management consultant to many private and public organizations on innovation management, technology management, Quality/Food Safety/Occupational Safety/Environmental Management Systems.
He has taken project leader, coordinator, consultant, researcher roles in many projects. Projects were owned by private companies and the universities. Projects were supported by TUBİTAK Turkish Scientific and Technical Research Council, Turkish Technology Development Foundation (TTGV), Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, State Planning Organization, Regional Development Agencies, EU, ILO, UNDP and ICMPD.
