Maria Grapini is a Member of the European Parliament from Romania and she is member of the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats. As MEP, she is Vicec-Chair of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection and member of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs and the Delegation to the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly. She is also substitute member of the Committee on Budgetary Control, the Committee on Transport and Tourism, the Delegation to the EU-Moldova Parliamentary Association Committee and the Delegation for relations with Japan.Maria Garpini is member of the Knowledge4Innovation Forum Governing Board in the European Parliament.
