Karen Melchior is a Member of the European Parliament from Denmark and she is member of the Renew Europe Group. As MEP, she is member of the Committee on Legal Affairs, the Committee on Women’s Rights and Gender Equality, the Delegation to the EU-Armenia Parliamentary Partnership Committee, the EU-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committee and the EU-Georgia Parliamentary Association Committee, and the Delegation to the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly. She is also substitute member of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection and the Delegation for relations with the countries of Southeast Asia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
