Mady Delvaux-Stehres

Mady Delvaux-Stehres is a Member of the European Parliament since May 2014. She is Vice-Chair of the JURI committee and substitute in the ECON committee. She is also the rapporteur of the European Parliament`s own initiative report on Civil Law Rules on Robotics.

Mady Delvaux-Stehres studied classical literature in Paris and started teaching in Luxembourg until 1989. Between 2004 and 2014, she was Minister of National Education and Vocational Training. Before, she held several ministerial roles (Health, Social Security, Communication, and Transport) and was part of the municipal council of Luxembourg City.
